CLIENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by True Canine Training. By booking a consultation, training session, class, or programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
True Canine Training provides professional dog training and behaviour support. Services typically begin with an Initial Consultation, followed by recommended programmes or action plans. All services are delivered in line with current welfare legislation and English law.

About Our Services
The Initial Consultation is a paid assessment designed to understand your dog, household, and goals. It is not a one‑off fix for behaviour issues. A recommended plan or programme may follow.

Initial Consultation
Programmes must be paid in full prior to starting unless agreed otherwise in writing. Programmes must be completed within the agreed timeframe. Sessions do not roll over unless agreed in advance.

Training Programmes & Payments
More than 48 hours’ notice: session may be refunded or rescheduled. Less than 48 hours’ notice: session is non‑refundable. If we cancel, we will rearrange as soon as reasonably possible.

Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling
Sessions end at the scheduled time even if you arrive late. Missed appointments without notice are non‑refundable.

Late Arrival & Missed Sessions
Clients must provide accurate information, disclose any relevant medical or bite history, follow safety guidance, and ensure dogs are fit and healthy. Training success depends on active participation and consistency.

Client Responsibilities
Training may be paused or stopped where welfare or safety concerns arise. Veterinary or specialist referral may be recommended where appropriate.

Health, Welfare & Referrals
Sessions may be adapted, postponed, moved indoors, or delivered online if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

Weather, Location & Online Sessions
Training Outcomes
No trainer can guarantee specific results. Refunds are not issued based on training outcomes, only on service delivery.
All training materials remain the property of True Canine Training and must not be copied, shared, or reproduced without permission.

Intellectual Property
Owners remain responsible for their dog at all times. True Canine Training is not liable for injury, loss, or damage caused by a dog or arising from failure to follow guidance, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. Pet insurance and third‑party liability cover are recommended.

Liability
Personal data is collected only as necessary for providing services and is handled in accordance with UK data protection law.
